Discover the charming Villa Gloria al Padre, an exclusive holiday home in Kaštelir, Istria, ideal for up to 9 guests. The beautifully furnished house is located about 10 km from the center of Poreč on a fantastic, terraced property of about 1000 m², with a landscaped garden featuring Mediterranean plants and a huge pool (12x8m, open May-October, pool heating on request) as well as its own beach volleyball court (artificial turf). On a generous living space of 180 square meters, the house spans three floors and is very tastefully and high quality furnished. Selected pieces of furniture emphasize the luxurious flair and make your vacation an unforgettable experience. On the ground floor, you will find the beautifully furnished living room, the dining room, and the kitchen open to the living area, a bathroom with a toilet, and the exit to the terrace with a fantastic view over the property to the sea. From here, one reaches the pool level via an external staircase, passing by figs and olives. Everywhere you will find small idyllic and cozy places, perfect retreats after a day full of experiences.
On the upper floor, there are three stylishly furnished bedrooms and another bathroom, as well as the villa's "viewing tower." On the pool level, accessible via external stairs, there is a separate apartment with a bedroom, its own kitchen, and bathroom, in front of which is another terrace with a barbecue.
In the garden, Mediterranean plants provide shade and offer the necessary privacy. Paved paths around the house lead to the pool, which, with a size of 12x8m as well as a sun terrace and barbecue, is second to none. Enjoy your coffee in the brick-built rose pavilion below the pool or use your own field for volleyball or badminton. A basketball hoop is also available here.
With parking spaces right at the house, arriving with multiple vehicles is no problem. Villa Gloria al Padre is the perfect place for families or friends looking for an exclusive break in the picturesque surroundings of Istria.

It is situated on its own approximately 1000 sqm enclosed plot and offers its guests a 96 sqm outdoor pool with sun loungers, a well-maintained garden with a grill, covered terraces with seating, a separate garden pavilion, and 2 private parking spaces with an electric gate. Magical relaxation :-)
We were a family with 2 children visiting Kaštelir for the first time. The holiday home is an absolute experience! It is stylishly and comfortably furnished. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace for cool evenings, a terrace with a sea view, and a huge heated pool, there are hardly any wishes left unfulfilled. The house is very clean. Wi-Fi is available everywhere with a high data rate. Everything was provided, from a lighter to a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped (especially with a coffee machine), so self-catering was easy for us. We only missed the dishwasher and cutting boards.
The children enjoyed and frequently used the private sports field in the lower part of the property. The hosts are friendly and helpful! We felt more than comfortable!
The area also offers good opportunities for excursions in the autumn. Shopping opportunities are available in the village or 10 minutes away in Porec. Good restaurants are sufficiently available within a 6 km radius.
Will we come back? Definitely!

Fantastic
Perfect holiday home for friends – ideal in late summer!
We spent a fantastic week in this holiday home in September as a group of 4 couples. The main villa and the separate pool apartment offered plenty of space and privacy. The heated pool was perfect for relaxing afternoons, and the sea was still pleasantly warm.
The terrace with a sea view was ideal for shared meals, and the nearby restaurants were still open even in the off-season. Poreč was easily accessible, allowing us to visit the city without any hassle.
All in all, a great place for a relaxing week with friends. We would love to come back!

Fantastic holiday home – perfect for families and friends!
We spent two wonderful weeks in this holiday home with our family (4 children) and a friendly couple. The main house is spacious, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a modern kitchen. The terrace with sea view was especially nice. The separate pool apartment provided our friends with a lot of privacy. The huge pool was a highlight for the children, and the sports field with a basketball hoop and badminton net provided plenty of fun. The large garden offered ample space for relaxing and was completely fenced—perfect for the safety of the children.
The location was ideal: the beach, restaurants, and shopping opportunities were easily accessible, as well as the city of Poreč.
We had an unforgettable vacation and can only recommend the house!

Simply perfect
**Perfect Holiday Home for Families – Pure Relaxation and Fun!**
We had the pleasure of vacationing in this beautiful holiday home in Croatia, and it was simply perfect! The house accommodates 2 to 3 families, which was ideal for our group. Every detail was well thought out, and we lacked nothing.
The huge pool was the highlight for both young and old – whether for a morning wake-up or an afternoon cool-down, we used it daily. The sports field on the premises was also a big plus. From soccer to basketball, there were plenty of opportunities for sports activities and fun for the whole family.
The house itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we could easily prepare our meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Additionally, there was enough space to retreat if someone needed a little peace. The location of the house is also unbeatable – just a few minutes from beaches and attractions, so the surroundings have a lot to offer as well.
We enjoyed every minute and can highly recommend this holiday home! It was the perfect place to relax with family, have fun, and enjoy Croatia to the fullest.

Everything perfect
We (a family with two children and grandparents) were there over Easter. The house is beautiful and could have accommodated even more people. The separate pool apartment, where my parents slept, was great, as everyone had their own space. The amenities were also excellent, and everything was available.
The pool was huge and even heated, so we could swim with the kids at the end of March. From the terrace, we could see the sea, which I’m sure can be enjoyed even more in the summer. The sports field also looked great, but we didn't use it often due to the season.
The location of the house is also very nice. There are several restaurants and shopping options within walking distance in Kastelir. Moreover, you can reach Porec or the sea very quickly by car or bus. We will definitely book the house again in the summer months.
