The luxurious villa spans two floors and is situated on a fully enclosed property, offering you absolute privacy. Upon entering the spacious courtyard, which is secured by an automatic rolling gate, you will find ample space to park your car safely. Additionally, a private garage is available to you.
Inside the villa, three stylishly furnished bedrooms await you, each with its own en-suite bathroom – a sign of comfort and privacy. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, while the third has two single beds, perfect for children or guests. Furthermore, there is the option to book the separate apartment on the ground floor, which also features a large double bed and its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with spacious built-in wardrobes, providing ample storage space. The open living and dining area of the villa impresses with its spaciousness and brightness. An elegant dining table, which can be extended if needed, invites for shared meals. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, offers everything you need for culinary experiences: a large stove, a spacious refrigerator, a high-quality fully automatic coffee machine, sandwich toaster, juicer, and all the dishes you need for your stay. From the living room and the adjacent terrace, you can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view. The view extends over the picturesque town of Denia, the impressive castle, and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea – a true highlight at any time of day. The Naya, a covered terrace, also offers a breathtaking 180-degree sea view and is the ideal place to admire the sunset with a glass of wine. For maximum comfort, all bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, while the living room also has two large ceiling fans to ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Here, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the large smart TV, which also offers German programs, or enjoy the fireplace on cooler evenings.
The large, lovingly designed property is another highlight of this villa. It offers numerous seating options, sun loungers, and shady spots that are protected by three large awnings. The private saltwater pool, approximately 9x4 m in size and up to 1.80 m deep, invites you to take a refreshing swim. An outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with a gas connection—ideal for delicious paellas—and a new BBQ grill make the outdoor experience perfect. Additionally, the villa has shutters throughout the house as well as a separate refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, and a dryer in the basement. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants and situated in a quiet, exclusive location, this villa offers everything you need for a relaxed and luxurious stay.

Flawless, warm-hearted, helpful
In this way, we would like to sincerely thank everyone involved with Villa GRANDINI. Super nice house and everything was handled smoothly. The contact with the owners is also worth highlighting. Since we "only" traveled as a group of five and did not need the apartment, the house price was reduced by €50 per day, a nice sum and gesture. This was not apparent to us beforehand. The house itself is very modern, equipped with high-quality amenities, and left nothing to be desired. Our absolute highlight was the gigantic sea view from the terrace and the outdoor seating area. The great ambiance easily comforted us over the two days of rainy weather.

Dream house with breathtaking view
Modernly furnished great villa with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and Montgo. The inventory leaves nothing to be desired. Plenty of space to relax by the skin-friendly saltwater pool. The covered terrace invites cozy evenings. Overall perfect ambiance for a relaxing vacation. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen for nice barbecue evenings. Very well-maintained property and outstanding handling.

Vacation without problems
For 18 years, we have been vacationing in this area and there was always something.
This year we had a wonderful vacation; in case of questions (power outage), a very kind house mother is readily available to help. The landlord is also immediately on site.
We can highly recommend this house, whether for the view, the amenities - it is simply perfect.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub in Dénia
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Dénia! Die Ferienvilla war einfach perfekt – sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den wunderschönen Außenanlagen: viel Platz zum Entspannen, ein gepflegter Garten und ein toller Poolbereich – ideal für sonnige Tage.
Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.
Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Familien oder mehrere Pärchen – es gibt mehr als genug Platz, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen und sich bei Bedarf auch mal zurückzuziehen.
Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
