Our vacation apartment is located on the outskirts, surrounded by meadows, fields, and forest. Numerous excursion and cultural opportunities in and around Dresden can be reached on foot, by bike, or by car. Bus and train connections are available. Our apartment is a good starting point for trips to Saxon Switzerland, Pillnitz, Moritzburg, Weesenstein, Stolpen, and the old town of Dresden. But also on foot, hiking trails along the Friedrichsgrund to Pillnitz, the "Old Railway Embankment," or the 39km long "Schönfeld-Weißig Mountain Trail," as well as the Painter's Path along the vineyards, offer a nice change of scenery.
Shopping facilities are located about 6km away. A bakery is 2km nearby. Restaurants are nearby.
