The apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired: a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine are available, as well as an extensive selection of kitchen utensils.
The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neu Falkenhagen, a district of the Müritz town of Waren. The holiday apartment extends over two floors and is therefore a small semi-detached house. You can reach the apartment's hallway via a few steps of the exterior stairs. On the ground floor, there is the living room with the couch. In the living area, a TV provides entertainment, while free WiFi allows you to stay connected even on vacation. There is also a shower room with toilet and a kitchen with a small dining table and kitchenette. The microwave in the kitchen is equipped with baking and grilling functions. The staircase in the hallway takes you to the upper floor with the two bedrooms: a double bedroom with space for a child's travel cot and a twin bedroom. There are wardrobes in both bedrooms - single-door and double-door.
Right in front of the apartment, there is a great sitting area where the whole family can have breakfast in nice weather and grill in the evenings. The parking space for your car is right next to the house on the property. There is a storage room for your bikes. It's just a few steps to the forest. You can cycle along a bike path to the first bathing spot at the Tiefwarensee and continue into the old town of Waren. There you can start a boat tour on the Müritz or take the bus to the Müritz National Park. Your bicycles will be taken along too. You can reach the Müritz beach in 20 minutes by bike or the bakery in 12 minutes by bike. You can also do your daily shopping in Waren (Müritz). Neu Falkenhagen is a district of Waren (Müritz). Waren by the Müritz is located on the northern shore of the Müritz - the largest inland lake in Germany. The city harbor is the tourist center of the Müritz city of Waren. Only a few meters lie between the city harbor and the Old Town Hall at the New Market. A large number of pubs, restaurants, and cafes can be found in the old town. You can start your steamboat trip across the Müritz from the sports boat and yacht harbor or from the stone jetty. In Waren (Müritz), you can rent a variety of boats. Several bicycle rental shops are primarily located in the Historic Old Town. The youngest visitors will certainly be interested in the beach with a slide on the Müritz and the Müritz climbing forest. The MÜRITZEUM is recommended for every visitor. Right on the edge of town begins the Müritz National Park. He is the largest forest national park in Germany and - just like the entire lake and forest rich area around the Müritz town Waren - a worthwhile destination for many nature lovers, cyclists, and hikers . . .

Great accommodation
The holiday apartment offers everything you need for a vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped. The reception from the landlord was very friendly. We were there with a van and two motorcycles, and a quick parking solution was offered. It is in a quiet environment, not directly by the water, but the path is not far. We were very satisfied during the 10 days and can only recommend the accommodation.
