Sveti Lovreč. The villa is situated on a 2,500 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home is located in a secluded position in the village of Zgrablići, just a few minutes’ drive from the town of Sveti Lovreč. In Sveti Lovreč there is a grocery shop, a post office, a restaurant and a cash machine, while the nearest restaurant is right next to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

In summer: Swimming opportunity 8 km in Lim Channel. The sea is 8 km away (the Lim Channel), attractive beaches, tourist settlements, and holiday resorts on the west coast of Istria are 15 km away. The nearest beach is near the town of Vrsar.
