Svoboda nad Úpou. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking on the property. Access to the house is possible.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, diameter 3.5 m, depth 0.9 m).

the equipment is appropriately adapted to the country. the current box is thank God near, as it has also often times the insurance must push in again, but otherwise a great property.

No transfer or. Readmission of the house on site. It is no knowledge about control of the heating. despite off control in the living area heats full pot. Oven in the kitchen equipment is missing. Fireplace will not wash with fireplace door is closed, is based. Even non-burning fireplace always warm air in the fireplace room, what can conclude that the deductions were merged by heating and fireplace here, hence the non-existent train. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. z. Example. Direction mold in the coffee filter, refrigerator smells strongly of vinegar. House smells musty, the walls at the bottom of the cause can be seen, water / moisture penetrates, as must necessarily an expert ran, otherwise moldy the lower floor.
