The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Mini golf, tennis courts, ski rental.

Horní Maršov, 600 m a.s.l. The holiday house is situated on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (length 10 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
