The standig individually holiday home, built in 2017 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. Minigolf, tennis courts, ski rental.

Horní Maršov, 600 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (length 10 m). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

The house is very nice. It is decorated with great taste.
The location is ok. Ski bus, rental station and small business for the most necessary and restaurant "Na Kopeki" are good.
