The apartment was accessible as described. Overall, a very nice apartment. However, it would be nice if there was a blackout option in the bedroom, as the pleated blind is not sufficient if one wants to sleep longer. The lights on the ceilings are much too bright for our taste; a warmer light would make the apartment feel cozier. And a few cushions in the living room would also be nice. Otherwise, it would be good if you could perhaps inform your guests in advance that they should bring cuddle pillows. Otherwise, a very nice apartment that we want to book again next summer. The apartment was great, super amenities, clean, beautiful garden. We wanted a vacation with a lot of peace and we found it here 100%. Shopping options are a bit further away, so a car is important. Good excursion opportunities nearby. Sylt, Amrum, Föhr are easily reachable and a trip to Denmark is just a stone's throw away. The accommodation is highly recommended.

We have already personally thanked the landlords by letter. It is important for you as an agency to note that access to the apartment was not straightforward, as a connecting door was locked. Although the key is hanging on the key box, their emergency service was also not informed about this. We have left you notes regarding possible leaks on a piece of paper in the apartment.
