Up to 12 people can spend their holiday here. Detached, lovingly furnished thatched house invites you to stay. Dogs welcome.
The Frisian house has a good layout with a large dining table in the middle of the house where you can have meals together. The different sized bedrooms can be used with children as required, there are 2 extra cots available. 2 shower bathrooms with toilets, a large living room with fireplace, a youth/children's area for chilling out, table football or gambling round everything off.
The large garden is completely fenced and almost entirely surrounded by trees.

The house is located in Emmersbüll-Horsbüll and is a great starting point for trips to Sylt, Amrum, Föhr or Rømø.
From the house you can quickly get to the green dyke, the bathing area is about 5 minutes away. A lake only 0.5 km.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation by the Renter The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time before the start of the rental period. In any case, a registered letter to the landlords is required. In this case, the landlord is entitled to charge a flat-rate compensation without further proof. The claim for compensation is staggered over time, i.e., taking into account the proximity of the time of cancellation to the contractually agreed start of the rental in a proportional relation to the rental price, with normally saved expenses and possible alternative uses of the holiday home considered in the calculation of compensation. The following gradation applies: before the arrival day: - Up to 45 days - 20% of the contract price - 44 to 30 days - 40% of the contract price - 29 to 22 days - 60% of the contract price - From 21 days onwards - 100% of the contract price - In case of trip interruption during the stay - 100% of the contract price. The date of receipt of the letter by the landlord is decisive, even if the cancellation is announced by phone. To guard against claims for compensation upon contract termination, the renter can protect themselves with travel cancellation insurance or trip interruption insurance. In any case, it remains the renter's right to prove to the landlord that the actual damage incurred was none or significantly less than the demanded flat rate. The landlord reserves the right to demand a higher, specific compensation instead of the aforementioned flat rates. In such cases, the landlord is obliged to precisely quantify and provide evidence for the demanded compensation, considering saved expenses and any possible alternative use.

Very beautiful huge house
Vacation with three generations and a dog, 4 adults, three children… there would have been room for more people as well. Everything very spacious. Large fenced garden. There was enough space in the shed for our bicycles. Super equipped kitchen, nothing was missing, only the dishes were partly not quite clean and the drawers… On one bed, there was old blood visible on the protective covers, which wasn't very nice, but otherwise everything was super. Nice new bathrooms. With the car, we made some excursions; you can quickly get to Sylt, Wyk, Amrum, Denmark.
Great contact with the landlords, they respond very quickly to inquiries. Overall, a totally lovingly furnished house where you immediately feel at home, not a standard house like in some holiday parks. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
