This House offers ca. 103 m living comfort in a semi-detached bungalow with-mid South facing garden in a quiet area. The House has a cozy living room with open kitchen. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 sleeping places. one bedroom has a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed.
The bathroom with shower is also located on the first floor.
At the sea Fort Soleil 29 there is room to Park 2 cars.
The distance to the beach is 700 metres. At 400 meters from the House there is a playground and an indoor swimming pool.
The PlayStation II can be used and also serves as a dvd player.
There is no smoking in the House. The safe in the home may be used free of charge.

The garden is fenced with planting and offers so many private. The garden is not 100% completed!
There are tiles anywhere in the House and in the bedrooms, there is vinyl.
Bedroom 1: one double bed. Mattress sizes: 2 mattresses of 90x200cm.
Bedroom 2:2 single beds. Mattress sizes: 2 mattresses of 80x200cm.
