Holidays can be so beautiful!!

Beautiful holiday home, newly built in 2024, with approx. 94m², just a 5-minute walk from Timmendorf harbor and the beautiful beach.

3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds) offer enough space for up to 6 people.

The open living room, beautifully furnished in light colors, invites you to spend cozy hours. In front of it is the great terrace with garden furniture.

The living room and one bedroom have televisions. WLAN connection is available.

The open kitchen has all amenities including a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

There is a guest bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and a spacious bathroom with a great, walk-in shower on the upper floor.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests.

There is a parking space at the house.
One pet welcome!

Ein Treppengitter optional wäre gut für kleine Kinder. Eine kleine Auswahl an Aufgussmittel für die Sauna. Ein Schalter für den LED Stripe im unteren Bad wäre hilfreich, oder ein Hinweis. dass dieser dauerhaft leuchtet.. Schade isr, dass im OG keine Rollladen verbaut wurden, obwohl dort die Schlafräume sind. Vorgänge verdunkeln nur bedingt. Die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind sehr gut, ideal für nach den Saunagängen. Die Kommunikation für die Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas unglücklich denn es wird erst einige Tage vor Anreise geschrieben, das man zum Büro kommen muss und erst einen Tag vor Anreise kommt für die Cliffhäuser eine neue Info, dass die Schlüsselkästen am Haus sind. Da die Mails bei uns alle im Spam Ordner ankommen, schaut man dort nicht mehr aktiv nach, da eigentlich keine offenen Fragen mehr sind.

Schönes Haus in Wohlfühlatmosphäre! Outdoor haben wir 2 Beistellstühle vermisst - nur für 4 Personen vorhanden.
