Pets are not allowed and the house is completely non-smoking.
Our vacation home has been available for rent since last November. Reviews could not be transferred, but on another very well-known booking website, we recently received our third (and positive 5*) review which we are extremely proud of!
Ground floor:
Entrance hall, meter cupboard, pantry, toilet (hanging toilet) with hand wash basin, bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, bedroom 1, very spacious living room, and kitchen with built-in appliances. From the living room, one can access the backyard through French doors. Here, you have access to a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture. The backyard is equipped with a wooden shed, and at the front of the house, there is a large parking area.
First floor:
Hallway, storage room, and two bedrooms.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday park 't Broeckhuys has an indoor pool, a tennis court, a mini-golf course, a boules court, a bowling alley, a petting zoo, and an indoor and outdoor playground. You can also swim wonderfully in the bathing lake or eat and drink something at the restaurant with sun terrace and view of the lake.
The holiday park is located in the land of Maas & Waal. Through the hiking and cycling routes, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings with their rustic landscapes, rivers, waterways, forests, and hills, as well as the historic city center of Nijmegen or the Hernen Castle, the gardens of Appeltern, or various museums.
The holiday park is also ideally located for various events, such as "Nijmeegse Vierdaagse" or "Down the Rabbit Hole."

- It is not allowed to inhabit this holiday home with more than the indicated number of people.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking in the holiday home is not allowed.
- One car can be parked at the holiday home. Another car can be parked for free in the large parking lot at the entrance of the holiday park.
- This holiday home is not suitable for youth groups.
- Parties and celebrations (disturbance) are not allowed. - All guests must adhere to the "Groene Heuvels" parking regulations. Any fines will be passed on to you.
The bookings include:

Before departure:
- Please check out before 10:00 AM.

Perfect for a family vacation
The house is perfect for families with children.
The large garden is completely surrounded by hedges, so the children cannot wander off. ?

Gezellig en comfortabel huis
Een fijn en heel schoon huis. Gezellig en comfortabel ingericht! Mooie tuin met veel privacy. De bedden zijn echt goed, heerlijk geslapen. Een huis waar we zeker nog een keer terug komen!
