Light-flooded studio apartment on Bergstraße in Seeheim-Jugenheim.
The apartment consists of a spacious living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom in an airy attic on the 2nd floor.
Due to the newly energy-efficient renovation, the apartment maintains a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year. All rooms have wooden parquet floors, underfloor heating, and a fresh air system.
In the spatially separated sleeping area, there is a double bed (160x200 cm). In addition to the sleeping area, there is a sofa bed available.
Access for guests
The apartment is accessed via the garden area, with the entrance located at the back of the house. A shared staircase leads to the attic apartment. Please note that the wooden staircase to the apartment on the top floor is somewhat steep. People with walking difficulties should take note.

- Shared use of part of the garden and the gas grill is possible by arrangement. - Bicycle storage is available.
- If needed, a washing machine and dryer can be provided, for a fee of €6.00 per use.
