The bungalow has been recently renovated and enlarged. The living room features a cozy sitting area with a smart TV and French doors to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, and filter coffee machine. One bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), and one bedroom with 1 single bed (90 x 200). A new bathroom and a non-renovated bathroom, both with shower and toilet. Large, protected fenced garden with a terrace facing south/southeast. In the garden, there is a lockable shed for storing bicycles.

Washing machine. Two private parking spaces next to the house.

On the edge of the Dunes of Texel National Park, in the tranquil Bungalow Park Uterste Coogh, is this semi-detached bungalow renovated in 2023. The bungalow is surrounded by a large fenced garden with lots of greenery. The forest is about 5 minutes away on foot, and it takes 10 minutes to cycle to the beach. A small supermarket and some restaurants are about 1 kilometer away. More supermarkets, shops, and restaurants can be found about 4 kilometers away in Den Burg and De Koog. The dunes, Ecomare, and the beach pavilions at Paal 15 and 17 are nearby. Bicycle rental is about 400 m away.

Super beautiful house
We spent a week in this great house. Let's start outside, large garden, fenced, parking at the house for 2 cars and a selection of garden chairs. The house has a great location, you can quickly reach Paal 15 or Paal 17 by car. Nice forest nearby. The house inside was so great. The rooms were a great size, the kitchen was modern, very well equipped, a nice decor in the living area. What was also great was that there were many options everywhere to hang towels, jackets, and bags, etc. Many power outlets, especially in the living area. The house was clean, there were even no guest gifts. 2 bathrooms in a great size, the newly renovated bathroom was a bit larger. We felt very comfortable and will gladly remember the house.
One small criticism, however, or suggestion for improvement. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Instead of the additional two chairs, perhaps an L-shaped sofa could have been placed, so that two people could lie down comfortably. But that was just a minor point of criticism. We haven't been this excited about a holiday home in a long time and thank you for the great vacation. Best regards.
