The Region of Murcia with the Costa Calida on two seas is not yet so well known: the region on the Spanish Mediterranean coast offers, in addition to 300 days of sunshine, mild winters, hiking trails with steep cliffs, nature parks with golden sand and flamingos, historic cities and ports, the Mar Menor with healing mud in the salt flats, the diving and snorkeling paradise at Cabo de Palos, gorges, caves, wine-growing areas, Roman thermal baths, thalasso centers, as well as 21 golf courses. Our pool has a solar cover; this is ideal for extending the swimming season and also for starting it earlier.
We are happy to give our guests tips for excursions in the region, where to find the weekly markets, what shopping options there are, etc.

We are Marion and Heinz and love the great climate, the sun, and the pleasant lifestyle on the Costa Calida in the southeast of Spain. We are happy to show our guests nice places, excursion destinations, the healing mud of the Mar Menor, and the wonderful weekly markets with fresh fruit and vegetables. The Costa Calida is not only the ideal place for sun-hungry golfers, but also for water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, art & culture enthusiasts, and those seeking relaxation. In summer, it is ideal here for families with children. Seniors and golfers can enjoy the winter with pleasant temperatures and plenty of sunshine. We are from Austria and, in addition to German, we also speak English, French, and Spanish. Guests with dogs are welcome. We look forward to welcoming you soon as our guests.
