The location:
The domicile is located in the Döse district on Grimmershörnbucht, just behind the green dyke, approx. 300 metres as the crow flies from the sea and beach. This stretch of coast is ideal for jogging, hiking, skating, cycling, kite surfing or simply for "boat watching". It can also be walked on with dogs. Cuxhaven's landmark - the Kugelbake - cannot be overlooked from the dyke. There are good shopping and catering facilities in the immediate vicinity. The street is a cul-de-sac to the sea and therefore restfully quiet. The excellent location makes it possible to explore the spa district of Duhnen with its sandy beaches, the "old love" with the ferry harbour and the old town of Cuxhaven by bike or on foot. The coast will tell you where to go. The street is Klaus-Groth-Str. - you can look it up on Google Maps.

- Mietbedingungen: Falls nichts anders vereinbart wurde, ist mit der Buchung eine Anzahlung von 100 € zahlbar. Den Restbetrag zahlen Sie bitte zwei Wochen vor Anreise auf das im Rechnungsschreiben angegebene Konto. Am Anreisetag steht Ihnen die Wohnung ab 16 Uhr zur Verfügung; am Abreisetag ist die Wohnung bis 11 Uhr zu räumen. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass Sie nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen von der Entrichtung des Mietzinses nicht dadurch befreit werden, dass Sie durch einen in Ihrer Person liegenden Grund an der Ausübung des Ihnen zustehenden Gebrauchsrechts verhindert werden. Ihnen steht jedoch die Werte der ersparten Aufwendungen (50 € Endreinigung und 10 % des Übernachtungspreises) sowie der Wert zu, der bei der Wiedervermietung erzielt wird.
