An oasis of nature, with many amenities, this is how one might describe this place. This property is undoubtedly among the most beautiful in our offer. The beautiful, park-like grounds, with its own private lake, will also dispel any doubts for you.
The comfortably furnished house extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the open living area, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bright bathroom offers you a large, walk-in shower. The upper floor contains two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Another small bedroom with a single bed is located on the ground floor. From the living area, bedroom, and terrace, you enjoy a unique view of the lake and the pony paddock.
In front of the house, there are additional seating areas and sun loungers. On the courtyard, an entertainment barn with table tennis, foosball, and darts as well as a sauna, rental bicycles, canoes, and pedal boats are available for entertainment and fun. For anglers, a rowboat with electric motor is available for free use at Lüschower See, located 250 meters away.
The large property offers many seating areas with a view of the lake. For the little ones, a swing and sandpit are ready. A special highlight for the little guests are the Shetland ponies, which like to be fed, groomed, and petted. In the farm's private lake, you can fish, swim, paddle, and enjoy the fantastic view.

The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea, the state capital Schwerin with the famous castle, the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar, as well as the Müritz can be reached in about 45 to 60 minutes by car.
