The studio is located in an apartment building and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. For shared use, the following are available: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Tribunj. The studio is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. View: sea, green area, garden. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectants, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with air conditioning, dining area (4 places), gas hob (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment) and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
