The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. View: garden and quiet street. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectants, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are followed.

Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, dining area (5 seats), gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, fridge (freezer compartment) and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
