Welcome to the holiday flat Saska B, located in Medulin, Istria. This charming accommodation offers space for up to 4 guests, with 48 square metres of living space, one bedroom and one bathroom. It is located on the upper floor of the house.

Enjoy the view of the coast and beaches from the balcony and relax.
A parking space is available for your car.

Inside the flat, two air conditioning units ensure pleasant temperatures. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine with an additional machine for coffee capsules. The kitchen equipment is new, the fridge and oven are integrated into the cupboards. Pots, pans, crockery, glasses and cutlery are all provided. There is also a large dining table.

The living room is a place to relax. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa (also ideal as a sofa bed because it is very large) and satellite TV. The bedroom is a place of rest, with a large comfortable box-spring bed.

Location and surroundings of object

The house with the two apartments is located in Medulin, a charming town in Istria.
You can reach the beach in Posesi in about 2-3 minutes by foot comfortably. You can reach the large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin via the beach promenade. There you will find a large number of restaurants, cafes, and bars.
In Medulin, there are several supermarkets such as Lidl, Plodine, or Konzum. Fresh rolls are also available at various bakeries. Pula, with its large amphitheater and well-known weekly market, can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, simply get on the bus and be taken to and from Pula without stress and searching for parking. (a stop is about 5 minutes from the house)

If you want to bring your bikes, Medulin offers a number of marked cycling routes. You can also rent a bike locally if needed. From here, you can also easily and quickly start trips to the excursion destinations of Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches or to the bays of Liznjan, Sisan.
