* The OUTDOOR AREA includes a 9 x 6.5 meter heated pool with shallow sections and four partially submerged sun loungers; there is also an attached whirlpool with powerful heating, hydromassage, and a geyser. In the large, fenced sun terrace area, there are six more sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and several hanging egg chairs available. Next to the pool, there is a playground with artificial turf, swings, and slides. Additionally, there is a table football area and a trampoline for extra fun. There is also a small organic garden with seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini. Organic chicken eggs are also offered by the owner. There is a 52 square meter covered dining area, equipped with two custom wooden benches and chairs, as well as a wooden dining table. There is a flat-screen TV, a barbecue area, an extra refrigerator, a sink, and a cozy lounge corner, easily accessible from the kitchen. This area is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in the late evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. From this terrace, you enter the tastefully decorated and fully functional indoor area. Additionally, there is a small organic garden with seasonal vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini. The owner also offers organic chicken eggs.
* The ground floor has a 60 square meter open living and dining area with a dining table for eight, a fully equipped kitchen (including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster), and a living room with a very cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and IPTV channels. * On the upper floor, there is a gallery (as a second living area) with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with IPTV channels and PS5, a wine cooler, and air conditioning. The ground floor has a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Location and surroundings of object
Due to its remarkable natural beauty, Krka National Park is a popular tourist destination. Explore its historical monasteries and ancient mills, hike to waterfalls, and take boat trips along its tranquil lakes. It is located in the hinterlands of the city of Šibenik in Central Dalmatia. There are several entrances to the park as well as multiple routes to get there. Visit the famous Skradinski Buk (the entrance is at Skradin, 17 km from the villa), a series of terraced waterfalls that end in a sparkling blue pool. Take the wooden walkway that circles the network of waterfalls, past bubbling streams and through forests, to reach beautiful viewpoints.
Don't forget to visit Roški Slap, another popular series of waterfalls in the park, just 2.5 km from the villa. If you bring your swimsuit, you can swim or splash in the large pool at the foot of these cascades. Panorama Roški Slap is a very nice restaurant with a breathtaking view of the gorge. You can enjoy the view from the restaurant without having to pay for parking. Take advantage of the boat tours offered by the park in the summer to visit the Franciscan Monastery of the Mother of Mercy, which is located on an island surrounded by trees in the middle of Lake Visovac. The park also contains the 14th-century Krka Monastery, which overlooks the river and is open for individual or guided tours in the summer.
