This attractively furnished, detached holiday home is located in the middle of the dunes, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. About two kilometers away is the cozy village of Midsland with lovely shops and terraces.
The holiday home 'Smalle Kust' is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor there are a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. In the living room, there is a seating area with a sofa, a dining area, a wood stove, and double doors leading to the east terrace with a large garden.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop with four burners and has a complete kitchen inventory.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, the other bedroom has a single bed and a bed with two single mattresses, and a wardrobe.
There is a private parking space at the apartment.

Terschelling
Terschelling is the third Frisian Island of the Netherlands, counting from the west. The island is bordered by the North Sea to the north and the Wadden Sea to the south. To the southwest of Terschelling lies Vlieland and to the east, Ameland. Throughout the year, many tourists come to the island for wonderful cycling trips and walks along the beach and through the dunes. In addition to its special nature, Terschelling also has great attractions to offer, such as the harbor of West-Terschelling, built in the only bay in the Netherlands, and the Brandaris, the lighthouse that has stood as a symbol of the island for more than 400 years above the rooftops.
The island consists of six villages: West-Terschelling, Midsland, Hoorn, Formerum, Lies, and Oosterend. Many events take place on Terschelling: the annual Oerol Festival in June, the Brandaris Race (a sailing race from Harlingen), the "Berenloop" Marathon, the Terschelling Film Days, and a Lifeboat Day.
Midsland aan Zee:
Midsland aan Zee belongs to the village of Midsland on the Wadden island of Terschelling and consists of a large number of holiday apartments. Midsland aan Zee was built in the dunes and can be reached via Midslander Badweg or Heereweg. Midsland, a cozy village with beautiful shops and restaurants, is about 2 km away on foot.
Around Midsland aan Zee, there are valuable natural areas with dune valleys. From Midsland aan Zee, the sea and the beach are within walking distance.

In case of cancellation, you will be charged a fee of: - For cancellations more than three months before the start date, 15% of the agreed price; - For cancellations within three to two months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price; - For cancellations within two to one month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price; - For cancellations within one month before the start date, 90% of the agreed price; - For cancellations on the day of the start date, 100% of the agreed price.

After booking, we ask you to pay 50% of the total amount within 2 weeks, and the remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks before arrival, we expect payment of the full amount within 3 days.
You pay a deposit of €100.00. This will be refunded to your account within 2 business days after departure.
