The spectacular Villa Diora, Home & Spa is located in Karojba in Istria. This luxurious holiday home offers 450 square metres of living space for up to 10 guests and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Villa Diora is equipped with a range of exclusive amenities. Outside you can enjoy a large garden with a barbecue and a magnificent swimming pool. The villa has been designed to ensure privacy and complete relaxation. The fully fenced garden offers a variety of recreational opportunities for young and old. You can play volleyball or badminton on the field with real sand or organise football tournaments on the large lawn. Children can have fun playing on the trampoline or in the house with its swing and slide, and your pets can also run around undisturbed. The property also has a garage and plenty of parking spaces. There is also a terrace and a balcony, ideal for enjoying the views of the surrounding area.
Inside, the villa offers a wide range of services. For your moments of relaxation, you can enjoy a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath and a jacuzzi. For the more sporty, there is a fitness area and bicycles with which you can explore the surrounding area. The house is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort at any time of the year. You will also find a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The villa also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A cot and high chair are available for the little ones.
Villa Diora also offers a range of technical services, including satellite TV and WLAN. In addition, the house is equipped with a hairdryer, bed linen and towels.
The villa is available for long-term rental. Please note that the accommodation is non-smoking and the surrounding area has a low risk of allergens.

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Advance payment for booking confirmation is 30%, and the remaining 70% is paid in cash upon arrival. If you want to pay by card or through the bank, the remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before arrival. The advance payment is returned in full if the reservation is canceled at least 90 days before the planned arrival
