Kitchenette in the living room with dining area, electric cooker, oven, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
