Discover the exclusive holiday apartment "Villa Pauline, Penthouse Seaside Lodge" in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort Göhren on Rügen. With 107 square meters of living space, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, our holiday apartment accommodates up to four guests.
The apartment impresses with its high-quality, modern, and cozy bright living space, which is made comfortable by a fireplace. The fully equipped brand kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer combination, kettle, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. Here too, there is a large LED Smart TV with a Blu-Ray player and for the ultimate musical enjoyment, a Bose Sound Touch system. Books, DVDs, and games for the whole family are also available. Here too, there are insect protection doors on the balcony doors. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony overlooking the picturesque landscape and the Baltic Sea, with the sound of the sea included depending on the season. Afterwards, you can relax in the spa bath with the house's own sauna or take a walk on the nearby beach. The two balconies are accessible from both the living area and the bedrooms. The two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds with luxury mattresses of different firmness levels H2/H3, high-quality bed linen, blackout and insect screen doors. Additionally, LED Smart TVs with radio function for relaxed falling asleep are located in each of the bedrooms.
In the bathrooms, there are walk-in rain showers, large double sinks, and a freestanding designer bathtub. For your comfort, we offer you a cosmetic mirror, an LED TV in the large bathroom, and a hairdryer, as well as a towel heater. Additionally, a washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board, clothes dryer, and cleaning utensils are available in the utility room.
A walk-in wardrobe with storage space and an integrated safe is also part of the equipment.
All rooms have individually adjustable underfloor heating. For guests who wish to stay longer, long-term rental is possible. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment/house.
Two parking spaces are available for you during your stay. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, so you can always stay connected to the outside world.

Shopping facilities, restaurants, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The North Beach can be easily accessed via stairs or by incline elevator at 300 meters; the South Beach is located at 400 meters.

Also worth a trip in winter!
For the 3rd time in this wonderful vacation apartment! We felt completely comfortable. Everything was perfect as always. A special highlight was the frozen Baltic Sea - a real spectacle and absolutely worth seeing.

Beautiful penthouse!
We were in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren for the first time and spontaneously decided on a penthouse in Villa Pauline. We did not regret it. The penthouse is bright, beautifully furnished, and even though the weather didn't always cooperate, we were able to cozy up with sauna sessions in the apartment's own sauna and a glass of wine by the fireplace with a warm wood fire. The beds are super comfortable, and the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Lovingly furnished holiday apartment with upscale ambiance. Shopping facilities within walking distance, not far from the beach and the pier. Highly recommended, worth 5 stars.

Great penthouse apartment with a superb relaxing effect!

Holiday in Autumn
We felt very comfortable in the cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment. It is equipped with high-quality, modern appliances - making holiday life easy and pleasant. Even in cooler temperatures, one can spend time here very well, thanks to the sauna and the beautiful view of the greenery with a glimpse of the sea. The apartment is located in a quiet area, yet the town with shopping opportunities and the beach can be reached easily and quickly on foot. The wonderful Mönchgut landscape is perfect for excursions and hikes – both on foot and by bus.
