Description
Villa Rosalie is located in the village of Kaštelir near Poreč. This modern villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people, who will certainly enjoy everything it has to offer. Besides the outdoor pool surrounded by a green garden, the villa also has an infrared sauna, making it ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The villa is also fully fenced and pet friendly, so you can bring your pets with you and let them enjoy the spacious garden.
The interior of the villa measures 160 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a large sofa, ideal for enjoying some time indoors. Behind the sofa there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare anything you wish. It also includes a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine, so you can enjoy your favorite type of coffee even on holiday. The kitchen also has an island with comfortable bar stools.
Villa Rosalie has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating, so you can set the perfect temperature no matter the season. 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor also have access to the balcony. All bathrooms are spacious with walk-in showers and there is also a separate toilet in the villa.
A spacious terrace with a heated pool awaits you in the garden of the villa, which measures 990 m². There are sun loungers next to the pool, which offers you a great place to relax under a parasol or to sunbathe. There is also a charcoal barbecue on the terrace and a large dining table in the completely covered area next to the house, ideal for enjoying meals together.
If you want to explore the interior of Istria, nearby you will find Višnjan, a town famous for its observatory, and Motovun, a medieval Istrian town on a hill that offers hiking and cycling trails as well as a rich culinary scene. If you are looking for beaches, Poreč and Novigrad are less than 15km away from the villa, and there are many smaller villages with beaches along the coast for a quieter atmosphere. For fun in pools and on slides make sure to visit the Istralandia water park near Novigrad or the Aquacolors water park near Poreč.

In the villa, many things were done right. It was nice that there was a dryer in addition to the washing machine. We noticed the negative aspect of the slow internet, which only had 5 Mbit. The washing machine didn’t drain twice, and on the second-to-last/last day, we had no hot water because the burner broke down. Even though we were only two people, I found it petty and stingy that there was only one pillow and one duvet per person. The same applies to the towels. Here, it should be equipped more generously. And now to the dog and the €15 flat rate per day. It's nice that it was possible to arrive with a dog despite the great amenities. I would have wished that at least one (dark) dog towel would have been provided. For the €15 daily, something should be offered for the dog. Our hosts kindly accommodated this, along with all other requests. But one always had to ask. Bedding please change, it is not of high quality! or does not do justice to the villa.
The ongoing construction work in the villas around us, accompanied by strong construction noise, has certainly disrupted our relaxation. We were not aware in advance that we would have to expect construction noise in the area around us, nor was it described. Is there a possibility for a reduction in the price of our stay?
