In the town of Kaštelir, not far from Poreč, you will find Villa Prudensia, a very attractive villa with luxurious and elegant interior. It sleeps up to 8 people and offers amenities such as an outdoor pool and whirlpool. The villa is located in a quiet environment in a small Istrian town, and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, you will definitely not go wrong with this villa.
Villa Prudensia boasts a total surface of 220 m2 and is equipped with a living room with a spacious kitchen, a large kitchen island for preparing delicious meals as well as a dining room, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, and thanks to the heated outdoor pool, fully furnished terrace, sunbathing area and outdoor fireplace, you will enjoy complete comfort here at all times. The villa is decorated in a luxurious style and its interior is characterized by high-quality materials and designer furniture.
The villa contains a total of 4 bedrooms, of which 3 are located on the first floor of the villa, and 1 is located on the ground floor. All bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms and large double beds. For additional comfort, underfloor heating is available to guests. All bathrooms have all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including hair dryers and toiletries. From one of the bedrooms you can exit to a very spacious terrace, where you will find a whirlpool to relax in with a glass of your favorite wine after a busy day. There are also deckchairs where you can soak up the sun and work on your perfect complexion.
From the ground floor of the villa a glass door will guide you to a spacious and fully fenced yard offering the desired privacy, and with a total area of 770 m2, you will not have to worry about whether your children will have enough space to play. There is also a paved sun deck, an outdoor table for 8 people where you can enjoy a barbecue that you have previously prepared in the outdoor fireplace. During hot summer days, the large 30 m2 swimming pool will provide you with refreshment, and thanks to the fact that it is a heated pool, you will be able to swim in it on slightly cooler days as well.
This villa is an excellent choice if you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a peaceful environment and you are looking for modern decoration. Thanks to its location, the villa is very well connected to the whole of Istria, making it ideal for day trips. There are numerous beaches at your disposal in Rovinj or Poreč as well as other destinations on the west coast of Istria. If you are interested in a more active vacation and are looking for an ideal opportunity for an unforgettable time with your children, there are no less than 2 water parks nearby that offer a handful of fun options for the whole family. Do not miss visiting one of the many Istrian taverns or wineries located in the immediate vicinity of the villa and try Istrian specialties or one of the many varieties of wine known around the world.
