Welcome to the Rick holiday home in Friedrichskoog on the North Sea. This charming holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests in 70 square metres of living space with one bedroom and one bathroom.
The accommodation offers a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Relax in the garden, barbecue on the BBQ grill or enjoy the peace and quiet in the private car park. On cooler evenings, the fireplace provides cosy warmth. A sauna is available for wellness lovers. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffee machine and modern kitchen appliances. A TV, washing machine and baby high chair are also available. Free WiFi, a hairdryer and the option of long-term rental round off the offer. Bed linen is provided, but you can bring your own bed linen or hire it for a fee from the local tourist service.
Holiday home Rick is a non-smoking accommodation and offers an allergy-friendly environment. The interior is modern and cosy, with high-quality wooden furniture and warm colours. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside. The bathroom is equipped with high-quality fittings and a shower.

In FriedrichskOur quietly situated holiday home has an ingrown garden with sunbathing lawn and its own sauna.
Experience your holiday in our 2019/2020 freshly renovated holiday home "Rick" in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. We always carry out small renovations.
The property is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, surrounded by a high hedge, only 5 minutes to the North Sea dike. A private car parking space is right outside the front door. The fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need and if you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of places to eat nearby. (Restaurant recommendation flyers are in the house).
Our living room invites you to spend cosy evenings watching TV or playing games, or you can end the day in our own sauna (coin-operated), which is located in the fenced garden house. Our W-Lan is free of charge for our guests.
Children are very welcome.
A washing machine (coin-operated) is available for small holiday laundry.
Two bedrooms for 4 people (parents double bed, children 2 single beds), living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage room.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee from the local tourist service or simply bring them with you.

Bei Rücktritt vor mietbeginn werden folgende Stornokosten fällig: Ab Buchungsdatum bis 2 Monate vor Anreise: 25 % des gesamten Mietpreises. 5 Wochen vor Anreise: 35 % des gesamten Mietpreises. 3 Wochen vor Anreise: 50 % des gesamten Mietpreises. 2 Wochen vor Anreise: 80 % des gesamten Mietpreises. Die gegebenenfalls bereits geleisteten Zahlungen für Endreinigung und Kaution werden auf jeden Fall zurückerstattet. Dem Gast steht kein allgemeines, kostenfreies, gesetzliches Kündigungs- oder Widerrufsrecht bezüglich des abgeschlossenen Buchungsvertrages zu. Krankheit, persönliche/berufliche Gründe oder z. B. Autopannen entbinden den Gast nicht, den vereinbarten Übernachtungspreis zu zahlen. Bei Rücktritt der gebuchten Ferienunterkunft bleibt der Anspruch auf Bezahlung des vereinbarten Übernachtungspreises bestehen. Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung wird dringend empfohlen.
