Best location with lake view and view of Fraueninsel. Very large, beautiful garden and parking right in front of the door. The apartment is very nicely furnished, especially the dining-living room is great with 3 windows and very nice furniture. The kitchen is super equipped. We would love to come back, the week was mega relaxing. The bike path is directly across, the boat dock 5 minutes on foot. Optionally to leave the car.

Great spacious apartment with a lot of charm. Very quiet and still centrally located. Fantastic view of the lake. A dry bike storage space would be desirable. It is easy to stay there with up to 6 people. There are 3 rooms that can be locked. We would love to come back.

Everything is great, we have one suggestion for improvement: to install a cosmetic mirror in the bathroom because the large mirror is too far from the face. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
