Great location! We loved exploring the nearby Munkegaard Traktormuseum and the beautiful Havnbjer Skov, The property itself was clean and comfortable, making it a great base for our adventures,

The holiday home is well-equipped, especially the modern kitchen which we liked. The kitchen is very practically furnished and there is enough crockery there. Only the pans are quite worn out and need to be urgently replaced. Furthermore, it is stated in the house description that there is a fridge and freezer combo, but in fact, there was only a built-in refrigerator. The bathroom needs to be renovated and the lock in the bathroom has not always worked, so that one got locked in several times. The problem needs to be fixed as soon as possible. The beds are comfortable, we all slept well. The large square table is a highlight of the house. We enjoyed spending time at this great table and had many beautiful moments. The location and size of the property is optimal and not far from the sea. There is a playground on the property. The winter weather surprised us positively. We had a lot of fun building an igloo out of snow and hope that future guests can enjoy it too. However, I would like to note the lack of information in the house description about the function of the heat pump. On the first evening, we suddenly ran out of hot water in the entire house, and we couldn't take a shower at all. The problem was only resolved the next day in the evening after I called the service office several times and the owner finally came by and turned on the heat pump. We were all happy and satisfied, but the next day we had the problem again late in the evening. Only then did we learn from the phone call with the owner that the heat pump can only heat a certain amount of water and then only provides warm water again after about 3-4 hours. This has of course been very impractical for us (10 adults and a toddler) after using the swimming pool, the sauna, and the whirlpool. One could not use the rooms at the same time, so that one could also take a warm shower. Presumably, this also leads to high energy costs. The sauna heats up quickly and we really enjoyed it.
