On the edge of the historic center of Gagliano Aterno you will find this recently renovated two-storey stone house, with a ca. 950 large, fully fenced garden property with fruit tree holdings and furnished outdoor areas with barbecue facilities (gas grill), which invite you to relax in beautiful surroundings. Parking in the plot and closed bicycle underage with charging for e-bikes.
The village of Gagliano is located in the Sirente - Velino Regional Park and three national parks in the immediate vicinity (Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise, Parco Nazionale della Majella, Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga). Hiking trails, animal enclosures with wolves, bears, ibex, etc. invite you to interesting visits, in the area there are riding facilities and a local tennis court and also in winter the nearby winter sports area in the middle of the parks offer enough variety and entertainment (ski slopes, snow hikes with snowshoes that are available in the house).
