Description

The standalone holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. On the property, a barbecue is also available for all guests of the mobile homes. There are three other mobile homes on the same property. The four mobile homes share two buoys in the sea in front of the mobile homes. The entire property is fenced, but there is no fence between the individual mobile homes.

Biograd na Moru. The holiday house is located in a holiday complex, on a 2200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. View: sea and green area. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.
