The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Note: The air conditioning is billed according to consumption. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and ironing board. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
