The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the centre of the town. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Vrbnik. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and ironing board. Television reception via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: protective masks, disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Bedroom (11 sqm) with 1 double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Bedroom (9 sqm) with 2 single beds and air conditioning. Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (4 seats), gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
