The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facility, terrace, and garden furniture.

Vrbnik. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace (14 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs, sunshade). Bedroom with 2 single beds and (12 sqm). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (4 sqm) with TV, dining area (5 seats), gas stove (3 flames), (induction stove, 1 plate), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, Welcome drink, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. Baby cot (please order when booking) on request 12,50 € per bed under 5 years per day. local tax.

Unfortunately very thin, owners were very early on (vintage) there was no way to more of sleep each Huster is heard. Otherwise in order.
