Modern non-smoking holiday home (house within a house) - maisonette apartment on 2 floors with its own entrance and own fully fenced terrace - located in the North Sea resort Dornumersiel in the district Westerbur away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Here is ample space for up to 4 people and a baby. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are allowed and stay for free.
Ground floor: Very spacious living and dining room with a cozy seating area and flat-screen TV with satellite reception. Fitted kitchen with four-burner stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary electrical appliances, as well as sufficient dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. Large solid dining table with chairs.
Guest toilet.
All windows have electric shutters.
Upper floor: Two bedrooms each with a double bed; one marital bed, one futon bed.
Travel cot for babies must be brought if needed.
Daylight bathroom with large shower and wall-mounted toilet. All windows have electric shutters.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel in the district of Westerbur.
Dornumersiel with its bathing beach and solar-heated seawater swimming pool is just 3,000m away. Here, there is also a dog walking path with beach chairs and a view up to the islands.
Dornumersiel is a state-recognized North Sea resort on the East Frisian North Sea coast, geographically located between the coastal resort of Neßmersiel and the North Sea resort of Bensersiel in front of the islands of Langeoog and Baltrum. In Dornumersiel - Westeraccumersiel is the oldest fishing port in East Frisia. From here, there is the opportunity to participate in deep-sea fishing tours or excursion trips to the seal banks or to the islands.
The Mahlbusen, an inland water body (former harbor) fed by the Dornumersiel Tief, invites you to take relaxing walks or, for the active, to navigate with paddle boats. Anglers will find a very fish-rich water here. A mini-golf and adventure playground round off the offerings.
The thatched house by the sea, which also houses the tourist information center, offers a large play barn for the little guests to romp and play, and for the adults, reading rooms with a fireplace lounge to linger in. Directly in front of it, there is a challenging skate park available for the slightly older kids. In Dornumersiel, there is a solar-heated sea water swimming pool right on the beach with a view of the North Sea island Langeoog. Across from it, the Dornumersiel Tennis Club also makes its tennis courts available for use by guests.
