Cozy house adjacent to forest area in beautiful Sandviken. Within walking distance to the white, long sandy beach with newly opened Strandcafé, pub evenings and ice cream kiosk. In a popular summer cottage area on Listerlandet is this well-preserved house with entrance through the glazed conservatory. Small hall with somewhat steep stairs to the upper floor with four beds divided into two rooms.
