Welcome to this charming cottage with a fantastic view of the sea and the mouth of the Brofjord towards Uddevalla When you step through the door, you are greeted by a hall where you will find a bathroom/shower directly to the left and a kitchen to the right, which is equipped with a coffee maker, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave. Straight ahead from the hall opens a cozy living room with a fireplace that gives an extra feeling of homeliness. To the right of the living room you will find a large bedroom with a double bed 180cm, in this room is the house's toilet with sink. Outside the living room awaits a large, glazed veranda with a wonderful view of the sea. Here you can enjoy meals at the dining table or just relax in the seating area and let yourself be enchanted by the tranquil view. On the plot there is also a carport with space for 1-2 cars, so you don't have to worry about parking. In the extension of the carport there is an extra bedroom with two separate beds 80cm, perfect for family members who want a little extra privacy, here there is also a toilet with a sink. The cottage is situated on a sloping plot which gives an extra dimension to its charm. For beach lovers, the sea is only about 500 meters away, and a walk there takes only 10-15 minutes. In addition to relaxing on the beach, there are also many exciting excursion destinations nearby. Visit Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park or experience exciting historical sights at Bohusläns Museum. For the adventurous, there are also plenty of opportunities for day trips. Visit Nordens Ark to see fascinating Nordic animals, explore the wonders of the sea at Havets Hus in Lysekil or head to the Liseberg amusement park in Gothenburg, which is only an hour's drive away. And of course, don't miss out on exploring the charming coastal communities of Smögen, Kungshamn and Fjällbacka, all of which are within easy reach of the cabin and offer picturesque experiences and beautiful scenery.
