Villa Rova is a modernly renovated stone villa in the rural village of Vosteni, offering stylish and comfortable space for up to 8 guests. The villa consists of two buildings connected by a covered terrace with dining furniture and a view of the inviting private pool with an integrated shallow water area and rain shower. Sun loungers and a sun umbrella are also available to you. In the first house on the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and one of them has a balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view. In the second house, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of them on the first floor and the other on the ground floor. The glass doors of the dining area can be opened, offering the possibility to dine outdoors. In the nearby coastal town of Porec, just a 20-minute drive away, you will find numerous shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the culinary delights of Croatia. Within walking distance, there is a local konoba with homemade Istrian dishes. Villa Rova is particularly suitable for families or friends who, in addition to spending time together, also place special value on privacy.
