Villa Minheim is uniquely situated on a small hill in Delbrückstraße in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. If you value accommodation in authentic imperial resort architecture and a quiet location with short distances to the beach, promenade and shops, you will find your ideal holiday home here.
The two-room flat, newly modernised in 2023, awaits you on the top floor of the house. Many small and well-chosen details create an inviting ambience. Here you can arrive, slow down and immediately feel at home. The skilful combination of timeless architecture and modern furnishing elements in conjunction with the high-quality reclaimed floorboards creates a harmonious overall picture that invites you to relax and unwind.
The kitchenette and furniture such as the sofa bed, TV, side table and dining table are skilfully positioned in the eat-in kitchen so that they make perfect use of the space and offer sufficient room in a limited area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and other important kitchen utensils. The full-size sofa bed provides sleeping space for a third person.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 metres), a second TV and a spacious wardrobe. The entire flat has skylights, which provide additional daylight and a pleasant, bright atmosphere. As a special highlight, you can watch the starry sky from your own bed just before going to sleep. Of course, the windows can also be darkened.
The bathroom has all the comforts you could wish for on holiday and, in addition to a WC and washbasin, is also equipped with a bathtub and heated towel rail.
You can use the flat's WLAN free of charge. You can park your car in your own parking space at the Korbwerk in Heringsdorf. This is about 500 metres away and can be reached quickly within 5-10 minutes on foot.
