The house "Arcadella" is located 150 meters from the sandy beach and promenade, in a gated community with a communal pool.
Restaurants, bakeries, and a shopping center are just a 5 min. walk away.
The house has been lovingly decorated and furnished and spans two levels. On the ground floor is a bedroom, living/dining room, shower room, and WC. On the 2nd level are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a shower with WC. The living room has a kitchen, but also a sofa and an LCD TV.
The house includes a terrace with a cozy seating area and a conservatory. Parking is right by the house. The pool is 30 meters away. WI-FI Internet is free.
The 1st bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200), the 2nd bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200), and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds.
The size of the house is about 64 m2, the size of the terrace is about 12 m2. 34 m2.
There is a folding table for 6 people in the house.

Gruissan is a charming fishing village on the Mediterranean.
Restaurants, bakeries, and seasonal shops are just a 5 min. walk away.
You are 130 meters away from a beautiful beach that stretches for kilometers. Residenz Côte Sud is a generously designed complex. The holiday homes, built in Provencal style, all have a terrace.
In the middle of the complex is a swimming pool. This is usually open from June to September.
Approx. 1 km from your accommodation, there is a harbor area offering a variety of shops and activities. 500 meters from the facility there is a large supermarket "Intermarché" and several small shops.
Gruissan has preserved its old village character. Visitors will find a typical Southern European fishing and wine village with its narrow streets, dominated by the ruins of an old Barbarossa tower. On several days of the week, a market takes place around the old fishing port. Here, everything that makes a Mediterranean market is offered, from fresh fish, mussels, vegetables, fruit, herbs to meat.
Next to old Gruissan, modern Gruissan has developed around the new harbor. Here, night owls can find discos, and in the harbor, there are restaurants and bars with live music.
Approximately 11 km inland lies the county town of Narbonne. An old Roman. Administrative city located along the Canal du Robin, inviting visitors to stroll with its old town and the dominating cathedral. Do not miss the daily market in the old market halls. Here, the heart of every gourmet beats faster.

Great holiday home ☆☆☆☆☆
The holiday home deserves 5 stars☆☆☆☆☆, top location (only a few meters to the beach, great amenities (air conditioning on both floors), very clean and well-maintained. The house is cozy furnished down to the smallest detail. The hosts were both very friendly, nice, and helpful. The facility is also well-kept and has a great pool. We have stayed in other holiday homes in the complex before, so we can directly recommend this house for a nice vacation in Gruissan☆☆☆☆☆ Best regards, Fam. Martin

Absolutely great vacation apartment. Anytime again!
The location and amenities were perfect. The hosts themselves vacation there, and you can tell by the furnishings. The hosts were super friendly. Someone was there upon arrival and departure. The accommodation is in a holiday resort, there is a communal pool that is clean, it takes 10 minutes by bike to the sea (large beach of Gruissan) and only 2 minutes on foot to the location. The beach of Gruissan is huge. For smaller children, the beach by the lagoon is probably perfect because it slopes in very gently.
