Sveti Lovreč. The villa is situated on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The beautifully furnished villa extends over three floors connected by internal stairs and offers the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday for up to 12 people. The village of Selina is 7 km from the Lim Fjord, 15 km from the tourist centre of Poreč and 4 km from Sv. Lovreč. Sv. Lovreč is a small village, only 11 km from Poreč and 7 km from the sea (Lim Fjord and Vrsar). The village is small, but it has a post office, shop, restaurant, pizzeria and bars. There you can see typical Istrian houses made of Istrian stone; many vineyards and olive fields surround the village. From Sv. Lovreč there is a beautiful view of small Istrian villages and meadows that surround Sv. Lovreč, but also of the sea further below. The village is located in inland Istria; it is very quiet; here everyone can enjoy nature, famous wine roads and cycling paths. Nearby are well-known sights such as Pazin Cave, waterfalls, Motovun, Grožnjan, as well as tourist towns like Poreč, Vrsar, Rovinj. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. A further 2 parking spaces in front of the courtyard.
