Villa Lakora is situated in the quiet village of Šušnjići, in the immediate vicinity of Poreč. The air-conditioned interior of the single-storey house with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for 4 people will provide you with comfort. The enchanting garden of 400 m² will enchant you with its green area, swimming pool of 32 m² and covered terrace with barbecue, where you will want to spend hours relaxing and enjoying the sun.

The main part of this single-storey house consists of an open space with living room, kitchen and dining room. The modern simplicity of the interior guarantees a relaxing environment and the details made of natural materials contribute to the warmth of the room. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, and next to it you have access to the covered terrace. This keeps the room light and airy. A fully fitted kitchen with white fronts adds a touch of brightness and the dining table for 4 provides a cosy corner where you can enjoy eating together. There is also the option of adding a high chair for your children.

All the rooms on the ground floor have underfloor heating. You can also regulate the temperature using the air conditioning. An equally high level of comfort awaits you in the bedroom. The double bed will allow you to relax and unwind at the end of the day, while the TV and large wardrobe add to the feeling of well-being. The bathroom is a modern and simple space. A hairdryer and toiletries are at your disposal and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bathroom is accessible to people with disabilities, as is the rest of the villa.

In the privacy of the fenced property, the 400 m² courtyard is ideal for relaxing in the Istrian sun. From the living room you can go out onto a covered terrace with an alfresco dining table, where you can enjoy your morning cup of tea. The afternoons are ideal for a refreshing dip in the swimming pool and for lounging on one of the 4 deck chairs in the sunbathing area. You can also use the outside shower and the towels provided. For a delicious dinner in the company of family or friends, the barbecue and the small summer kitchen are the best choice. There is a parking space for 2 cars on the property, which is equipped with a charging station for electric cars and is suitable for cars with a low chassis.

In the village of Šušnjići, only a 4-minute drive will take you to the picturesque town of Sveti Lovreč. You will be enchanted by one of the best-preserved medieval town centres in Istria and small churches with ancient frescoes. Continuing south, you will reach the Lim Channel, a 12-kilometre-long bay. The views are spectacular and you should visit at least one of the viewpoints along the way. Nothing can compare with the view of the sunset from the western coast of Istria, and for such romantic scenes you can go to the town of Poreč. Visit its priceless historical remains and enjoy the local gastronomic delicacies overlooking the sea. If you want to give your little ones an unforgettable day, take them to Aquacolors, located only 15 minutes drive from Villa Lakora.
