The accommodation is also conveniently located, just 8 km from the beach, a river, and the charming Mediterranean town of Omiš. Here you can enjoy the ideal blend of tranquil seclusion and proximity to local attractions.
*The outdoor area: This luxury villa features an outdoor oasis that promises the highest level of relaxation and entertainment. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is a private heated pool measuring 11 x 3.5 meters (Please note that the water temperature of the pool, even when heated, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.), complete with invigorating hydromassage features for a truly indulgent experience. Surrounded by a spacious sun terrace, guests will find six inviting loungers, strategically placed under sun umbrellas and offering the perfect spot to enjoy the warm rays of the sun. Bedroom no. 2 reflects the opulence of the first bedroom and features its own double bed, private bathroom, television, air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the tranquil pool. Bedroom no. 3 is perfect for accommodating guests or family members and offers two cozy single beds (can be combined into a double bed), a television, air conditioning, and a glass door leading to the lush artificial grass property.

There is a lot to do in Omiš and the river Cetina (8km away) for adventure seekers, such as water sports, riverboat trips to the island of Brač, zip-lining, and rafting. If you would prefer to spend more time at the property, you can arrange for additional services like a masseuse, private chef, or food delivery (all of which are not included and can be scheduled either before or during your stay).in the scenic surroundings of Split.
