Comfortable 4-star vacation apartment for 2 people (extra bed for a 3rd person possible after consultation) on 40 m² in an ecologically renovated house in a rural setting, terrace, garden, child-friendly. Comfortable, spacious living-bedroom with biologically treated softwood furniture, solid wood double bed with
disc mattresses, very comfortable living area, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, WLAN, new bathroom with shower, fully equipped, modern kitchen with dining area, private terrace with small garden area, seating, grill, 2 reclining loungers, slide and adventure house on stilts.
Children up to 6 years old stay with us for free. Crib, extra bed, baby bath, and high chair are available for free.
Selection of drinks on site. We use 100% green electricity from hydropower, hot water through a solar system on the roof. In winter, we heat with wood from Franconian forests. Our lighting is mostly equipped with LED bulbs.

Our holiday flat is quietly situated on a hillside in a small cul-de-sac in the Hirschaid district of Sassanfahrt, 12 km south of the world heritage city of Bamberg in Upper Franconia. Good connection to the A 73 motorway (2 km) and to the A3 via the B505.
Hirschaid railway station approx. 1.5 km away. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, health food shop, pharmacy, doctors, swimming pool and restaurants are nearby and within easy walking distance.
There is also a petrol station nearby.
Excursions to Franconian Switzerland with its famous stalactite caves, steam locomotive rides, climbing and hiking opportunities.
Or to Bamberg with its bridge town hall, cathedral and numerous museums, breweries and idyllic beer gardens.
Great swimming pools as well as animal and leisure parks in the surrounding area.
Numerous beer cellars in the area invite you to have a snack and relax (often with their own children's play area).
