The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house, was renovated in 2018, and is furnished in a typical regional style and with practical amenities. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: parasol, garden shower, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Klimno. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property. Number of parking spaces: 1

Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception is via satellite.

Shopping 400 m, restaurant 400 m, town centre 400 m. For a relaxing holiday a car is not necessary. Pharmacy, bank each 14 km in Malinska. Airport in Omišalj 20 km. Children’s playground 500 m. In summer: Bathing opportunity 80 m in Klimno (beach 100 m in Klimno with sand, pebbles and bathing platforms). Boat hire in Klimno 500 m.
