Experience an unforgettable holiday in our holiday flat "Zum kleinen Schweinestall", idyllically situated in the picturesque Müglitz Valley in Saxony. Our 60 square metre accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests. The flat has 2 cosy bedrooms and a bathroom.
The holiday flat impresses with its high-quality furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchenette, including a dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Here you can cook and enjoy to your heart's content. You can also prepare delicious BBQ specialities on the outdoor grill (on request).
In the living area, a comfortable sofa and a TV invite you to relax. The entire living area has high-quality wooden flooring including underfloor heating, giving the flat a warm, cosy character. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality mattresses. We are happy to provide a travel cot for our youngest guests.
A car park is available during your stay. The holiday flat is a non-smoking accommodation and offers a low-allergen environment. The flat is also suitable for long-term tenants. Tradesmen are also welcome.

Idyllic in every season
After the first stay in the summer, we were drawn to Falkenhain this time for Christmas. The holiday apartment also presents itself in winter at its best and is inviting in every season, especially the view into the Müglitztal is a highlight every morning.

Very complete house in a quiet area
We greatly enjoyed our stay with the Wolf family. The holiday home is fully equipped and offers everything you need. The kitchen is also fully equipped. The Wolf family is very accessible and always helpful. They are very friendly. It was a dream vacation, just half an hour from Dresden and the Saxon Switzerland. Ideal location.

We have already rebooked!
Absolute recommendation ??
The accommodation is fully furnished, nothing is missing! Clean, spacious, and lovingly decorated. We have been there for the 3rd time and have already booked again! Whether just letting the soul dangle, enjoying game nights with the children, or small and large excursion destinations are easily accessible in all directions.
The landlords are friendly and helpful.

Hello dear guests, we are the Wolf family from the beautiful Müglitz Valley. Our house is in the second generation of the family and was taken over from our grandparents. It is located on a large four-sided farm and has been lovingly restored by us. It used to be part of a manor, which was later used by the agricultural co-operative. We have two daughters and are both fully employed. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.
