Welcome to our beautiful holiday flat Lamar Resort II, located in Pilar de la Horadada on the picturesque Costa Blanca. The flat offers 70 square metres of space for up to four guests and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The flat is equipped with a modern open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen also has a comfortable counter with bar stools and a spacious dining table where you can enjoy meals together.
The bright and spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. Thanks to the free Wi-Fi, you can surf the internet or stream your favourite film at any time.
The bedroom is cosily furnished and offers a large, comfortable bed with high-quality bed linen. A hairdryer is available in the bathroom, which is equipped with a modern shower.
A washing machine is available for your clothes and laundry and an iron is also provided.
The flat has a private balcony and an additional 60sqm roof terrace where you can enjoy the warm Spanish evenings. The communal garden offers two swimming pools with two additional children's pools, which provide welcome cooling on hot days. There is also a car park at your disposal.
The holiday flat is air-conditioned and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat. Long-term rentals are possible and welcome.
