The finca with private pool is wonderfully situated in the middle of a Mallorcan winery on the outskirts of Santa Maria. The town of Santa María is located in the north of the capital, Palma de Mallorca, and is a starting point, ideal for all directions of the island, since from the farm there is a nearby motorway connection.

The family of the owners produces their own wine on this huge 26-hectare estate, so you can enjoy a guided tour and tasting while spending your vacation here. The nearest supermarkets in Santa María or Marratxi are just a few minutes by car. For more in-depth shopping, you can reach the capital Palma in a few minutes (15 km). For those looking for special offers or simply want to spend a fun afternoon with the family, we recommend the Mallorca Fashion Outlet shopping center, just 6 km.

The house has a spacious living room, a total of 4 double rooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite), all with their own air conditioning Living room with satellite TV, WiFi Internet and kitchenette with dishwasher. From the living room you can access the covered terrace and the magical garden, which looks like a small forest and, therefore, it offers a lot of shade. Here, a few steps down, is the large private 10-foot saltwater pool, a dream place to quickly forget the stress of everyday life. There is a mobile barbecue and there are sufficient parking spaces in front of the house.

This estate is a gem! We booked it for a family getaway and it did not disappoint. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed, plus it was close to Santa María for shopping. The saltwater pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the road can be a bit busy, but it didn't bother us much. I would definitely recommend it to friends!
