Welcome to Villa MARINUS, your perfect holiday home in Bibici-Svetvincenat, Istria. This charming luxury villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 130 square meters of living space. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,1 separate toilet with laundry room, all equipped with modern comforts and amenities.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden that invites you to relax. Enjoy a barbecue on the grill or relax by the private swimming pool under the clear blue sky. There are 3 parking spaces available for your cars and you can easily charge your electric vehicles at the in-house wallbox.
The villa has a spacious terrace, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a relaxing evening with friends. Inside you will find a cozy living area with a fireplace and air conditioning for your comfort.
The whirlpool provides additional relaxation.
The kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine so you can feel at home. The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality bedding and the bathrooms have a hairdryer. For your entertainment, a television is available in each room and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
Villa MARINUS is completely air-conditioned (every room), offers underfloor heating for colder days and is a non-smoking house that offers a pleasant environment. Smoking is only permitted outside.

Fantastic
All our best recommendations, truly beautiful villa even more beautiful than the pictures show. Milos is a really sweet host and we enjoyed staying in his villa. Everything is so neat and well-maintained. We hope to come again?

The landlord was extraordinarily friendly, attentive, and helpful. The villa is breathtakingly beautiful. Impeccably clean, top-equipped, very stylishly furnished. We loved the pool. We had a great time in the villa. We will come back :))))

Simply great!
We enjoyed our vacation! Everything was perfect, from the host to the ideal furnishings in the house. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the cleanliness of the house was at the highest level, and the electrical appliances met the latest standards. Overall, I can only highly recommend it!
